Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers. Stripe processes data according to its own privacy policy.

Files are encrypted in transit and encrypted at rest. Access is limited to authorized systems and personnel. No system is 100% secure.

We retain information as long as necessary to provide the Service, maintain account balances, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

You may request deletion of your account and files, subject to backup retention and legal requirements.

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information:

• With service providers (e.g., hosting providers, Stripe)

• To protect rights, property, or safety

If you are located outside the United States, your information will be processed and stored in the United States.
